The Michelin guide, has undoubtedly become synonymous with gastronomy, is a common reference when choosing a good restaurant, both in Spain and around the world. The "Michelin Stars" ensure a kitchen of the highest quality and great technique.

However, its famous "Inspectors" have encountered establishments where the kitchen stands out for its high quality and that for its moderate price, they brush but they don't reach the star. Gastronomic projects generally based on decent regional and traditional cuisine.

It was the Michelin guide from 1957 that included all of these restaurants where the price-quality ratio is so excellent that they are worth a visit. Spaces that offer "great cuisine at reasonable prices".

While the Michelin stars represent recognition for both the local and the chef and value all aspects of quality service in a kitchen, with greater demand to greater number of stars awarded, at Bib Gourmand-rated restaurants, what is fundamentally valued is the experience of the diner who wants to eat well, without exceeding the price.
