“The Delta Bistro” It is the most informal gastronomic proposal of chef Joan Capilla, a space where the product of the Ebro Delta is the true protagonist. The menu is built from rice, cakes, croquettes, fish and market product, with honest preparations, tasty and designed to enjoy without formalities. It's a casual bistro, no menu, where only menu and daily suggestions are offered according to the season and what arrives each day. It has two different spaces: an interior room with views of the hotel garden and an exterior terrace at street level, ideal to enjoy Delta cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
