Our restaurant is very friendly, with views on the Ebro Delta. You can taste the local cuisine, with all the natural resources of the Delta.

Ebro Delta is a source of ingredients and products, which are in our plates. Orchards with  rich selections (artichoke, pulses, eggplants...). Close from the Hotel we have two important seaports (Sant Carles de la Ràpita and Ampolla), also than the fishers of the lagoons in the Delta who fish with the traditional arts, from them come the exquisite elvers and eels.

In 2014 we got the certificate of “Gastronomic”, a distinction from the Catalan government. This distinction is an attribution for our daily work, and an award for the effort of the staff and the diffusion of the Catalan cuisine.

A special mention for the rice and duck meat, that this land provides us.

The proximity with the regions of Terra Alta, Montsant and Priorat, is a benediction for our wine selection, a reference in  Poble Nou.
